You can also divert your attention to something else that is not at all related to the things that you are stressing over. If you are stressing over your career, you can focus on your healthy hobbies such as sports, arts, crafting and collecting stuff. If you need help when it comes to diverting your attention from the things that are stressing you out, you can go to your friends, family or any other people that can serve as your support group. Other than your loved ones, you can also seek help from a mental health expert so that you can have yourself checked for further complications that affect your mental health. That way, you will have a better solution in dealing with the things that are stressing you out.
